Frequently asked questions

Does this program work?
Chevron down

The aim of the MoreGoodDays Pain Management Program is to reduce the impact pain has on your life. Many people find that they are able to reduce or stop taking their medication, can do more without feeling any extra pain, and their pain reduces by up to 20%.

Overall, more than 80% of people tell us that pain interferes much less with their lives. Their feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress have also reduced.

It can take 3 to 6 months before you see the best benefits of the program. For this reason, it is very important that you practice the new skills you have learned.

How are the sessions with my coach conducted?
Chevron down

All fortnightly sessions with your coach are conducted virtually over Zoom video calls. You do not need Zoom downloaded prior to attending, simply click the link that we provide. Your coach will also regularly check in on you throughout the week via SMS.

How much does it cost? Can I claim it on my private health insurance or receive Medicare rebates?
Chevron down

The cost of the program is $119 per month, or $95 per month if you commit to 3 months. You may cancel anytime you think our program is not for you.

Private health insurance or Medicare rebates are accessible for sessions you book with our clinicians (e.g. Our in-house Doctor, Psychologists or Physiotherapists).

How can I access your clinicians?
Chevron down

The MoreGoodDays Clinician Hub is made up of Doctors, Psychologists and Physiotherapists that understand chronic pain and fibromyalgia. They are available to provide in-depth support and tailor strategies for your unique circumstances.

If you would like to book a session with one of our clinicians, simply let your coach know, and they will provide you with a link to book a time. These sessions come at an additional cost that is Medicare or Private Health rebateable.

Can my partner do the program with me?
Chevron down

Yes, on request we provide one additional account for a partner, family member, or close friend to be able to access and complete the program content with you. Many of our clients experience great benefits from having a close family member or friend support them and keep them accountable through the journey.

The coach and clinician sessions, however, are designed for only one person to attend, as they provide a safe and fully confidential space for you to work through priority topics, which will help you get the most out of the program.
