About
Angela is a warm, nurturing, and compassionate therapist who specialises in supporting people living with chronic pain and fatigue-related conditions. As a health psychologist with extensive experience in multidisciplinary teams, she is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can grow and create meaningful change in their lives.
Angela is passionate about using evidence-based psychotherapy to help people living with chronic pain and fatigue reduce symptoms, improve emotional wellbeing, and enhance quality of life. Her clinical experience spans both community settings—such as Eastern Health and The Salvation Army—and private hospital and inpatient rehabilitation environments, including Empower Rehab and Cabrini Women’s Mental Health. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
In addition to her clinical work, Angela is a seasoned researcher who has published on topics including eating disorders, substance abuse, emotion regulation, and impulse control.
