Meg is a pain and trauma psychotherapist specializing in mindful and somatic therapy with lived experience of fibro and chronic illness.

Meg approaches therapy with a client-centered framework to let you determine what path your journey is taking. Lasting change is created through this empowerment that gives you the strength and awareness to deepen personal resilience. She blends a model of evidence-based therapeutic techniques with non-traditional spiritual knowledge and practices like mindfulness. Through compassion, present-moment focus, and somatic guidance, she offers support unique to what you need for your individual situation.

Meg specializes in working with those with chronic pain, illness, and health concerns, but also has particular attunement to those with trauma and PTSD. She offers an integrative, mind-body approach which utilizes methods like SE™, PRT, ACT, MBSR, and MBCT. Alongside her clinical experience, she is currently an adjunct professor at the Naropa University’s Graduate School of Counseling and Psychology.
