Frequently Asked Questions
MoreGoodDays is an 8-week program designed to help your clients manage pain and improve their physical and emotional health.
It’s built on the latest science and created with guidance from top pain experts.
The program has two simple parts:
- A mobile app with short, easy-to-follow sessions that your clients can do at their own pace. They'll learn how pain works, build strength, and find ways to feel better—physically and emotionally.
- One-on-one sessions with allied health coaches who are experts in pain and recovery, with backgrounds in physiotherapy and psychology who tailor the program to your needs.
Everything is done from home, so you your clients can go at their own speed and comfortably fit it into their life.
The program is designed to fit easily into your client's routine, without taking up much time.
- It runs over 8 weeks, with one coaching session per week (about 50 minutes each). All sessions are done by phone or video — so there’s no need to travel.
- Between sessions, they'll go through one chapter per week in our mobile app. Each chapter is broken into bite-sized sessions, each under 10 minutes.
If they're short on time, we can also send simple chapter summaries by email — so they can still get the key insights without the extra pressure.
Clients will have access to the mobile app for 12 months from the date they start the program — giving them plenty of time to revisit tools and strategies whenever they need them.
At MoreGoodDays we report back to our insurance partners at the beginning, middle, and end of the client's journey.
These reports use industry standard scoring to determine if a statistically significant change has been achieved.
For example we report on the following, using these scores:
- Average Pain (Brief Pain Inventory)
- Interference in daily life (Pain Interference Scale)
- Ability to function despite pain (Pain Self-Efficancy Questionnaire)
- Negative pain thoughts and feelings (Pain Catastrophising Scale)
- Emotional Wellbeing (Depression, Anxiety & Stress Scores)
We pride ourselves on the fact that MoreGoodDays achieves outcomes that are comparable to in-clinic, highly intensive pain mainagement programs.
Absolutely! It would be our pleasure to help them better understand the program, and explore if it's the right fit for their needs.
