I'm not great at writing reviews but MGD deserves more than five stars. The information given in the app is by far the most informative I have received in my years worth of researching for answers and solutions. My support coach was just what I needed while I guided through the online course and information.

12 weeks later I am pleased to say that I have come a long way. I have an improved understanding of pain and the neuroscience around pain. I have started volunteering. I am back walking, I am regularly meditating. I am socializing with my friends, planning an overseas holiday, and have just started Pilates. I feel very positive about my future.

MoreGoodDays has been the best thing to happen to my pain levels. It's a great program which acknowledges your pain rather than deny your lived experience (a breath of fresh air!). Not only that, but I feel like I can listen to my body and give it what it needs, rather than resent it, which is something I have never been taught how to do.

With MoreGoodDays, learning precisely what the condition is, was very helpful. There is so much misinformation about the condition out there; I just found it overwhelming. Learning that the pain does not actually mean there is damage within my body; it's a warning sign was a revelation! I am now back on my kayak and back on my mountain bike!

I had read and researched pain ever since being diagnosed but had never before heard the term nociplastic pain and when this is explained, it really helps you understand what type of therapies could assist with FMG. I am feeling a lot more positive and know that I can ask for help if I feel like I could do with some.

The most positive component of the course was assigned a coach to assist me navigate my way. My coach was outstanding because she understood how I was feeling, having had fibromyalgia herself but it was more than just that. She was knowledgeable and gave me direction when I needed it. She was encouraging and gave me hope. Her contribution to my progress was enormous.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the program?

MoreGoodDays is an 8-week program designed to help your clients manage pain and improve their physical and emotional health.

It’s built on the latest science and created with guidance from top pain experts.

The program has two simple parts:

  1. A mobile app with short, easy-to-follow sessions that your clients can do at their own pace. They'll learn how pain works, build strength, and find ways to feel better—physically and emotionally.
  2. One-on-one sessions with allied health coaches who are experts in pain and recovery, with backgrounds in physiotherapy and psychology who tailor the program to your needs.

Everything is done from home, so you your clients can go at their own speed and comfortably fit it into their life.

How much time is needed?

The program is designed to fit easily into your client's routine, without taking up much time.

  • It runs over 8 weeks, with one coaching session per week (about 50 minutes each). All sessions are done by phone or video — so there’s no need to travel.

  • Between sessions, they'll go through one chapter per week in our mobile app. Each chapter is broken into bite-sized sessions, each under 10 minutes.

If they're short on time, we can also send simple chapter summaries by email — so they can still get the key insights without the extra pressure.

Clients will have access to the mobile app for 12 months from the date they start the program — giving them plenty of time to revisit tools and strategies whenever they need them.

What reporting is included?

At MoreGoodDays we report back to our insurance partners at the beginning, middle, and end of the client's journey.

These reports use industry standard scoring to determine if a statistically significant change has been achieved.

For example we report on the following, using these scores:

  • Average Pain (Brief Pain Inventory)
  • Interference in daily life (Pain Interference Scale)
  • Ability to function despite pain (Pain Self-Efficancy Questionnaire)
  • Negative pain thoughts and feelings (Pain Catastrophising Scale)
  • Emotional Wellbeing (Depression, Anxiety & Stress Scores)

We pride ourselves on the fact that MoreGoodDays achieves outcomes that are comparable to in-clinic, highly intensive pain mainagement programs.

If the customer is not sure, can they talk to someone at MoreGoodDays?

Absolutely! It would be our pleasure to help them better understand the program, and explore if it's the right fit for their needs.

The best way for them to do this is to book a call using this link: https://calendly.com/mgdays/initial-15-min-consult
