MoreGoodDays is an 8-week program designed to help you manage pain and increase the chances of making a full recovery from your motor-vehicle accident.
It’s built on the latest science and created with guidance from top pain experts.
The program has two simple parts:
- One-on-one sessions with allied health coaches who are experts in pain and recovery, with backgrounds in physiotherapy and psychology who tailor the program to your needs.
- A mobile app with short, easy-to-follow sessions you can do at your own pace. You’ll learn how pain works, build strength, and find ways to feel better.
Everything is done from home, so you can go at your own speed and fit it into your life, whenever it works for you.
That’s great — our program is designed to complement the care you’re already receiving.
Our allied health coaches bring specialised experience in working with persistent pain.
- Our function-focused coaches (with physiotherapy backgrounds) support you to build movement confidence, prevent flare-ups, and increase activity at a pace that works for you.
- Our psychosocial-focused coaches (with psychology training) draw on approaches like Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and chronic pain-specific Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you navigate the emotional side of pain.
It’s this pain-specific coaching focus that makes MoreGoodDays different — and a valuable addition to your broader support team.
No problem at all — we’re here to make things easy. Most of your clinician appointments can be done over the phone (no video required), and when video is needed for physiotherapy-based sessions, our client success team will guide you through it step by step.
Prefer not to use the app? We can simply email all the materials to you instead.
The program is designed to fit easily into your routine, without taking up much time.
- It runs over 8 weeks, with one coaching session per week. All sessions are done by phone or video — so there’s no need to travel.
- Between sessions, you’ll go through one chapter per week in our mobile app. Each chapter is broken into bite-sized sessions, each under 10 minutes.
If you’re short on time, we can also send you simple chapter summaries by email — so you can still get the key insights without the extra pressure.
You’ll have access to the mobile app for 12 months from the date you start the program — giving you plenty of time to revisit tools and strategies whenever you need them.
The MoreGoodDays program is designed to support lasting recovery and help prevent or recover from chronic pain. It’s a proactive approach that empowers you to take control of your health, build confidence in your body, and improve overall wellbeing. Here’s what participants commonly experience:
- Pain reduction: Around 80% of participants report a clinically significant reduction in pain by the end of the program.
- Improved mental and emotional wellbeing: 76% say they feel better equipped to cope, with improved mood and less emotional stress.
- Fewer flare-ups: Participants report fewer and less intense flare-ups, thanks to proactive tools that help them manage pain before it escalates.
- Greater physical strength and confidence: By retraining their response to movement, most clients are able to return to the activities they enjoy — with less or no pain.
- Less reliance on medication: Many clients are able to reduce or even eliminate their use of pain medications through movement- and psychology-based techniques.
- More energy and vitality: By shifting the nervous system from a stress (sympathetic) state to a calm (parasympathetic) state, clients experience less fatigue and a fuller, more enjoyable life.
