Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if this is right for me?

This program may be helpful if you’ve experienced a stressful event and notice changes in your mood, sleep, focus, energy, or emotional reactions.

You don’t need a diagnosis to get started — just a willingness to build practical skills with structured support. If your symptoms feel severe or overwhelming, we recommend speaking with a healthcare professional before enrolling.

Is this therapy?

No. While coaching is delivered by experienced psychologists, this program is structured and skills-focused rather than open-ended therapy.

It’s designed to help you stabilise, build confidence, and strengthen your coping skills. It can also work alongside therapy if you are already seeing a psychologist.

If you are experiencing severe distress, suicidal thoughts, or symptoms that feel unmanageable, this program may not be appropriate. In those cases, we strongly encourage you to seek immediate support from your GP, psychologist, or local mental health services.

What kind of support do I receive?

You can move through the app-based sessions at your own pace.

If you enrol in the full program, you’ll receive three 1-hour psychologist coaching sessions, beginning with an onboarding session to understand your situation and tailor the program to your needs.

Psychologist coaching is optional. If you choose to continue and further support is appropriate, you can complete additional rounds of three sessions.

What is the Everyday Resilience program?

Everyday Resilience is a structured, skills-based program designed to help you feel steadier after a stressful or difficult experience.

It combines short, practical sessions in the MoreGoodDays app with optional psychologist coaching. The focus is on building practical tools you can use in everyday life to manage stress, regulate emotions, and rebuild confidence.

How much time does the program take?

App sessions are short (around 10–15 minutes) and can be completed at your own pace.

If you choose psychologist coaching, each round includes three 1-hour sessions delivered over several weeks. You can progress at a pace that feels manageable, and you may be eligible for additional rounds if needed, subject to case manager approval.
