MoreGoodDays is an 8-week program designed to help you manage and relieve chronic back pain, and improve your ability to live a full life.
It’s built on the latest science and created with guidance from top pain experts.
The program has two simple parts:
- A mobile app with short, easy-to-follow sessions you can do at your own pace. You’ll learn how pain works, build strength, and find ways to feel better.
- One-on-one sessions with clinicians who are experts in pain and recovery, with backgrounds in physiotherapy and psychology who tailor the program to your needs.
Everything is done from home, so you can go at your own speed and fit it into your life, whenever it works for you.
MoreGoodDays is an independent health and wellbeing provider, not part of Bupa.
Bupa covers the cost of MoreGoodDays because it’s a safe, effective program that helps members manage chronic pain earlier and more holistically. By supporting approaches like this, Bupa can improve member wellbeing while also reducing the need for more invasive or risky treatments later on. Importantly, using this program does not affect your eligibility for any other Bupa services or claims—it’s an added benefit at no cost to you.
No problem at all — we’re here to make things easy. Most of your coaching sessions can be done over the phone (no video required), and when video is needed for physiotherapy-based sessions, our Lived Experience Coaches will guide you through it step by step.
Prefer not to use the app? We can simply email all the materials to you instead.
The program is designed to fit easily into your routine, without taking up much time.
- It runs over 8 weeks, with one expert medical appointment per week (about 50 minutes each). All sessions are done by phone or video — so there’s no need to travel.
- Between appointments, you’ll go through sessions in our mobile app. Each session is bite-sized, and about 10 minutes long.
If you’re short on time, we can also send you simple chapter summaries by email — so you can still get the key insights without the extra pressure.
You’ll have access to the mobile app for 12 months from the date you start the program — giving you plenty of time to revisit tools and strategies whenever you need them.
The MoreGoodDays program is designed to support lasting recovery and help prevent pain from becoming chronic. It’s a proactive approach that empowers you to take control of your health, build confidence in your body, and improve overall wellbeing. Here’s what participants commonly experience:
