The program has two simple parts:
A mobile app with short, easy-to-follow sessions you can do at your own pace. You’ll learn how pain works, build strength, and find ways to feel better—physically and emotionally.
Six one-on-one sessions with allied health professionals who are experts in pain and recovery, with backgrounds in physiotherapy and psychology who tailor the program to your needs.
Everything is done from home, so you can go at your own speed and fit it into your life, whenever it works for you.
Participation is completely optional. Your insurer has partnered with MoreGoodDays as an independent provider.
If you've been offered this program, it's because your insurer or healthcare team has identified that ongoing pain is impacting your quality of life. The MoreGoodDays program provides practical tools and guidance to help you manage pain, restore strength, and support your mental and emotional well-being.
The choice is yours—you can start the program if you’d like, and if it doesn’t feel right for you, you’re free to stop anytime.
No, this is not a treatment program—it’s designed to complement any treatment or medical care you’re already receiving. It focuses on education and self-management strategies to help you feel more in control of your recovery. You don’t need to stop any medications or therapies to participate.
You can go at your own pace, but most people complete it in 6 to 10 weeks. Sessions are short—around 10 minutes a day—so they’re easy to fit into your schedule. The six coaching sessions are held online (by video call or phone call) and are usually scheduled weekly, depending on what works best for you. Each coaching session goes for approximately 45 mins.
